this fasty is the first vw that I have ever worked on. It is a complete rebuild. I am starting with the engine I have it out and was told that the problem is the cam. I could use any helpful info and links to get this part of my project done.

I haven't even bought the parts yet and could use a point in the right direction for the purchase of the correct parts for this task.
