I think France has finally gone the way of the dodo, at least for a little while anyway. The Dutch, if they can learn to play together, could have a shot. And the Czech Republic has a real good chance if they don't self destruct. Portugal could also be a spoiler like Greece was 4 years ago. It'll be interesting, but my money is on Germany.
