Bring it South to Barber Motorsports Park . Right in the heart of NASCAR country. With Larry Langford the Mayor that Birmingham has right now and his penchant for doing unorthodox expensive things to improve Birminghams image, this might be right down his alley.
George Barber did try for a Moto GP date a few years back but the local government did not buy in. This new administration will apparently buy into anything. Of course they are nearly bankrupt too :-)
