I cant see anything dragging or hitting that would make the noise. I need to get under the car to see for sure though.

I'm also assuming my brakes are probably worn down. I tend to go through them quickly ;)

Rain here isnt too bad, but i live on hills, and near the coast so it isnt a big deal.
