I would say a 300 F2.8 with a 1.4x multiplier on a cropped body :)

Works REALLY well at the track as I found out at Mosport, but might not be the best lens for use as a tourist unless you want to go birding or something. Using it in the city might get some unwanted attention from the cops :)
