1998 1.8T Quattro. Im leaning towards the KO4 now. I like the low end pick up better than high end. Maybe it will help with this silly tiptronic trans i have also. I need reliability as well. By the way, is the only way to find the problem a VAG or taking it to a shop for them to look it over? I could look(I was given some step by step in another forum) but i dont know enough to pinpoint a problem like that. Do most euro tune shops have a VAG? Will a KO4 need software upgrades also? And the turbo does sound like a dentist drill. Ive been trying to come up with an analogy. Thank you. Shit. Well i guess i have to get a new turbocharger. Oh well huh? How much power you think with a stage 1 GIAC upgrade and a KO4? K&N filter and Milltek exhaust coming soon. Last thing, what can i do to make my car run more smoothly? Its ok now but i want it to run perfect. later
