Is the 2008 GTI available with dual clement control?

I know dual clement control was available in the first year of the GTI MkV and comes standard in the 2008 R32.

If not can dual clement control be installed after market. The 2008 R32 comes with dual clement control so it easy to assume that the 08 GTI could be equipped with the same unit.

any thoughts?
