Guys/Gals:

I need a commuter car and this is on the top of the list. I do about 40,000 miles a year. I had 2 VWs in the past...loved them ('86 GTI and '00 Passat Wagon)

1) Can I get an armrest in the 2 door? One dealer says yes (if I order the i-pod jack) and another one says no.

2) Any word on the Rabbit diesel for the states?

3) As I did in my '86 GTI, I'll be getting an aftermarket sunroof.

4) Is there a big difference in ride/handling
(16 vs. 17 VW Wheels)?
