We did the bulk of the work in < 2 hours, including a dinner break to Wendy's for about 30min. We probably spent another hour or so up front removing auxilliary stuff like the battery, airbox, shift cables, elec plugs, putting the car on jack stands, removing a wheel, etc.
Also, I can lift this tranny with one hand, unlike the S4 tranny which 2 of us struggled to control it.
