I have a 2001 jetta 2.0. For the first couple of blocks the car hardly runs at all, wont go above 2000rpm. It will occasionally die after you start it when it has sat all night. Then it will instantly go back to normal after driving a couple of blocks. I have no idea what is doing this. I have a vag-com and it said the fuel trim is to low? I have no idea what this means. Could it be the fuel filter? Any help would be great. Thanks Jayme.
