u can use the head from a passat but if u us the 16v head from a gti with a 1.8 bottom end it will be better oh im sorry yes the heads will fit techtonics tuning makes the gasket kit and bbm does the fuel and the pistons or u can peace it together your self you can use 16v head from passat jetta or golf bet the best head is from a 1.8liter 16 valve on either a jetta gli or golf gti and you can use the crank and pistons from a 2.0liter 16v passat doinfg alof that is supose to give 10.5to1 copresion ratio its like the stock motor in germany its an abf motor in stead of the aba whitch is in your car except the abf is a stock 2.0liter 16v and yours is 2.0 8v your supose to get a lot higher horse power and tourqe
