accurate and flat mid-bass to high range and leave the really low bass to a sub like it should be. It's difficult to judge speakers like that without matching them to a sub because it's unrealistic to expect them to play flat through the entire audible range based on the size deficiencies you pointed out. From the reviews I've read so far, they seem to be great for what I'm looking for. I'm going to try to listen to them at some shops soon. Know of any place that has a good deal on them?
