several days, thinking it would be nice. I was wrong, touch screen in my opinion is not great/good for someone that needs to look/browse around for shows to watch. I still can't believe they are selling this product in stores! I would think that there was enough problems with them they would stop making it.

When I bought the thing it had some major software problems that I couldn't figure out what was going on. I took it back almost immediately after buying it. I thought it would be a nice upgrade coming from a Harmony 659 and since this was their top of the line I expected a lot more.

Save yourself some trouble and either get a URC 810 or a Harmony One.
