Went to CC to pickup the 720p model and they had an open box 1080p for $900.

It was in the box with all the papers and had never even been plugged in (cord was still in the plastic bag and so were the batteries for the remote).

Needless to say, I brought it home with me. $900 is cheaper than I can buy it with my corporate discount through Panasonic.com.
