If you like what you're doing [including the 'running the business' part] and able to generate a level of income you need/find acceptable, don't walk away from your business for a woman...especially so if you think your business/income will grow over time.

If you don't enjoy running a business and/or think you'd be better off, financially [in the longer term] if you went to work for someone else, then walking away could be worth serious consideration.

I've been 'unemployed' since January 2005, and while it's not always been a stroll through the park, it's been worth it thus far.
