Anyone know what could cause this type of engine noise?

it sounds similar to a small rattling to a small drill sound.

It only happens from 2800rpm to 3200rpm. In gear and not in gear, the rpm range is the same.

My turbo is still producing boost, and i don't feel any loss of power.
