    if you grab the actuator rod on the WG and its really loose it may be bad...

    I've seen weird things like the WG flapper eaten away so it actaully doesnt block anything... Try pulling the vaccumm line off the WG and see what boost you get.

    You may have faulty WG in general if you already replaced the N75. You should also connect some air to the top of the WG actuater and see if it moves...
